Shipping and returns


  • What are Ami's shipping times and costs?

    Shipping is free nationwide for orders over €190.00. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery, from when the order leaves our workshop. Personalized items may take longer to arrive. You can check the status of your order using the tracking information in your order confirmation email.

  • How can I track my shipment?

    For all orders placed online, a shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been handed over to the carrier. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery from the time the order leaves our workshop. Please allow an additional 5 days for orders that include standard engraving, and 10 days for orders that include custom engraving.

  • How can I return or exchange goods ordered online?

    Purchased items may be returned for an exchange or refund, provided they are returned to the distribution center within 14 days in perfect condition and accompanied by the sales receipt. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If you choose to use our return shipping method, Ami will advance the cost of the return and deduct it from your refund. Please ensure the package is properly sealed. Ami cannot be held responsible for returns that are not delivered. Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges.     Your Ami jewelry is a precious, refined object and, as such, requires proper care when handling and wearing it to preserve its original splendor over time. It is therefore important to follow a few simple precautions: Wash your Ami jewelry in warm, soapy water with a soft brush, except for jewelry with pearls, which should be cleaned only with a soft cloth.
